The big issue is that the town won't be able to provide volunteers, so we'll need to figure out staffing.
We want someone paid managing tickets / door, etc so that's not left up to a rotating cast of volunteers
¶ Roles and plan
5:30-8:30 volunteer shift
- Door - Can we get SYFS to do this?
- Parking? 70-80 spots - 3 seasonal ppl, one at entrance, one to wave them on, one to send to overflow (maybe can ease off as the lines get established)
- Maybe could do this with signage & LED lights and 1 volunteer?
- 3 Maze workers (keep things calm, fix skeleton hands, eject climbers/damagers)
- Interactive show
SYFS serves Grafton & Boylson as well as Shrewsbury
- honor society
- boy scouts
- st johns
- notre dame
